Tasting Notes:
Cooked rhubarb with fresh notes, then sweetness and after a while sweet notes with a hint of acidity.

Colour:
Deep red with flecks of purple.

Ingredients:

Sugar, rhubarb puree, natural flavour, thickener: pectin, acid: citric acid, colouring food: black carrot extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: sodium citrate. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% of rhubarb puree.
